Minimum rental period 1 week : Friday-Friday.

Price :

• During Winter season  700   euro per week ;
• During Summer season  950  euro per week.

(Summer season is considered to be all weeks with one or more days in the period that  starts at September 30  and ends  at the first of May. All other rentals are considered to be rentals in the winter period). 

Extra: Cleaning  cost including (reasonable) washing and ironing  twice a week  50 euro.

No other additional costs .

Free parking in own garage

Free wireless internet and local telephone ( international calls not included).

A deposit  of 250 euro will be asked in advance to cover possible damage. The fee will be returned  by the housekeeper  if no damage is  found at departure.

Payment of rental fee is due: Half of the rental fee  is due in advance and the other half should be paid upon departure to the housekeeper . Please use the  bank account mentioned under contact information for the advance payment.

Attention: Note that no rental  is  allowed  without  prior permission of the owner by mail and payment of the portion of the rent payable in advance (half of the total sum) and the deposit of 250 euro.
